Roschier represented Walki Group, the leading producer of protective packaging materials and technical laminates, in the sale of the major part of its Industrial Packaging business containing Pietarsaari plant in Finland and the Wroclaw plant in Poland to Mondi Group.

Walki’s Industrial Packaging business produces primarily packaging material for the paper industry as well as for the corrugated board industry. The planned acquisition is subject to competition clearance.
