Royal Bank of Canada $2.5 Billion Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as lead managers on an SEC-registered offering by Royal Bank of Canada of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.2% senior notes due 2017 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of senior floating-rate notes due 2017 under its $25 billion medium-term notes program.
