NCTM Studio Legale Associato has assisted Poligrafici Real Estate S.r.l. in the sale of the real estate property of the La Nazione, located in Florence, Italy,
to the fund named Pacific 1 managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Investments Management.

The total value of the deal amounted to 36.295 million euro, creating a consolidated capital gain, net of tax, of 14 million euro.

NCTM has assisted Poligrafici Real Estate S.r.l. with a team led by Luigi Croce, equity partner, assisted by Alessandro Vespa, associate, for the corporate real estate aspects, and by Piermauro Carabellese, equity partner, for the tax aspects of the deal.
