Schweizerische Mobiliar, the oldest Swiss insurance company, agreed with KKR and other shareholders to acquire a 50% interest in Scout24 Schweiz, the leading Swiss network of online marketplaces for cars, real estate and general classifieds. Mobiliar and Ringier, who holds the other 50%, agreed on a strategic partnership with respect to Scout24.
