Setterwalls has advised Instalco in connection with the acquisitions of the installation companies DALAB Dala Luftbehandling, DALAB VVS INSTALLATION and Tunabygdens VVS-Installatör with subsidiary.
FSN Capital is the majority owner of Instalco, which was established during 2014.
