SYNLAB Group has following approvals from regulatory authorities acquired ALcontrol Group, a leading European provider of environmental testing services.

ALcontrol is lab service provider in the environmental sector employing around 900 people across Europe including 330 in Sweden. The group generates sales of almost EUR 95 million.

SYNLAB Group is a leading lab service provider operating in more than 30 countries with international private equity investor Cinven being one of the main shareholders. SYNLAB has 17,000 employees generating sales of some EUR 1.6 billion yearly.
