Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to the founders of the German video game developer Black Forest Games in the sale to THQ Nordic AB listed on Nasdaq’s European growth market First North.

 THQ Nordic is one of Sweden’s most successful game developers. The acquisition encompasses inter alia the IP-rights to the games “Giana Sisters”, “Helldorado” and “Rogue Stormers”.
