The portfolio consists of ten prime logistic properties in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, which Ness, Risan & Partners and Wilfast Förvaltning AB will continue to manage.

Elgiganten, DHL, Tata Steel, Ahlsell and Prime Cargo are among the tenants and the average remaining lease term is ten years. Elgiganten's Nordic hub in Jönköping and DHL's terminal in Gothenburg are part of the portfolio.

Setterwalls has assisted the sellers. Setterwalls team consisted primarily of Jesper Kuschel, Erik Annerstedt, Lina Nilsson, Christian Sjöqvist and Jennie Sjöberg. The buyer was assisted by Advokatfirma DLA Nordic.
