GomSpace has made a private placement directed to Swedish and international institutional investors in the approximate amount of SEK 95 million after an “accelerated book-building” procedure. Carnegie Investment Bank acted as financial advisor and Setterwalls as legal advisor.

Setterwalls’ team consisted of Advokat Olof Reinholdsson (project manager) and Advokat Marcus Nivinger (responsible partner).
