Shearman & Sterling is advising a consortium of Everstone Capital Partners III, L.P. and Sunrise BPO Pte. Ltd., on the acquisition of C3/CustomerContactChannels Holdings Inc. The transaction is expected to close prior to the end of 2016, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Headquartered in the US and with operations in the Philippines and Guatemala, C3 serves multiple industries through its business process outsourcing (BPO) model such as healthcare, travel and hospitality, consumer internet, financial services, healthcare, travel and hospitality. It also provides training and consulting services in the customer management solutions space.
