Shearman & Sterling LLP represented Deutsche Bank AG, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, ING Bank N.V. and J.P. Morgan Securities plc as representatives of the initial purchasers in connection with Mylan N.V.’s Regulation S offering of €500 million in floating rate notes due 2018, €750 million in 1.250% senior notes due 2020, €1 billion in 2.250% senior notes due 2024 and €750 million in 3.125% senior notes due 2028. The transaction was Mylan’s inaugural euro notes offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to refinance outstanding debt and for general corporate purposes.
