Shearman & Sterling represented the Province of Ontario in connection with its public offering of US$1,750,000,000 of its 2.000% Bonds due September 27, 2018. Application will be made to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange for the bonds to be admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the exchange.
