Shoosmiths advises PRA Health Sciences on real estate portfolio in EAPA market

Shoosmiths has provided real estate advice to PRA Health Sciences to extend its product portfolio with three significant lettings in Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa (EAPA).

Headquartered in the USA, PRA Health Sciences is one of the world's leading contract research organisations, providing outsourced clinical development services to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

The Shoosmiths team was led by Real Estate Associate Angela Mildenhall.

The three new leases are part of PRA's strategy for continued global expansion and will see them occupy the 4th floor Potsdamer Platz 10 building in Berlin; 14,665 sq ft at the Nucleos Business Park in Singapore; and expand its lease in the Central Business District (CBD) of Sydney with an additional 1,155m2 of office space.
