Sidley has advised CCB International Capital Limited as the sole sponsor and the sole global coordinator, which together with CITIC CLSA Securities  as the underwriters, in connection with the initial public offering of JNBY Design Limited (JNBY) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. JNBY is a leading designer brand fashion house based in China. The total offering amount was approximately HK$800 million (US$103 million).

The U.S. law team was led by partner Kefei Li in Beijing with support from Julia Zhu from the Hong Kong office. Partner Sherlyn Lau led the Hong Kong law team with support from counsel Mandy Wong in Hong Kong.
