Sidley has advised on the initial public offering of Zhenro Properties Group Limited (Zhenro Properties) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Our clients were CCB International Capital Limited, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and Haitong International Securities Company Limited as the underwriters of the transaction. The total offering amount was HK$3.99 billion (excluding over-allotment).

According to the prospectus issued by Zhenro Properties, it is one of the market-leading comprehensive property developers in the P.R.C. focusing on the development of residential properties, and also the development, operation and management of commercial and mixed-use properties. It was ranked 23rd among all real estate developers in China in terms of comprehensive property development capability in 2016.
