Sidley is advising TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. in connection with the acquisition of Bosal ACPS, a leading manufacturer of tow bars for original equipment manufacturers and suppliers and for the aftermarket in Europe. It is anticipated that the transaction will close at the end of Q1 2018.
