Slaughter and May advised Burberry in connection with its strategic partnership with Coty Inc. to accelerate the growth and development of Burberry's beauty business. The long-term, exclusive, global licensing agreement and related transfer of the beauty business, which was announced on 3 April 2017, will take effect from October 2017 (subject to regulatory approvals).
