Slaughter and May advised Dometic on its acquisition of Kampa

Slaughter and May advised Dometic Group AB (“Dometic”) on its acquisition of Kampa UK Ltd (“Kampa”) for a purchase price of approximately £50 million on a cash and debt free basis, together with an additional maximum earn-out element of £8.5 million based on delivery of financial targets in 2019 and 2020.

Dometic is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, and is a global market leader in branded solutions for mobile living. Kampa is an innovative outdoor leisure company, based in the UK, with a focus on lightweight and inflatable awning room and tent technology.

The acquisition completed on 3 December 2018.
