Slaughter and May is advising Arrow Global Group PLC (Arrow), one of Europe’s leading purchasers and managers of debt, on the acquisition of InVesting B.V. from HAL Investments B.V. for a total consideration of approximately EUR 100 million.

InVesting B.V. is a leading consumer debt purchaser and collections provider with operations in the Netherlands and Belgium. The acquisition, which is expected to complete in Q2 2016 subject to certain Dutch regulatory approvals, will create a leading player in the EUR 12 billion Benelux debt purchasing market, complementing Arrow’s existing operations in the United Kingdom and Portugal.

Slaughter and May is supporting Arrow’s internal legal team, led by Stewart Hamilton and Hannah Woodcock.
