London, 11 January 2013 – SNR Denton has advised designer Roubi L'Roubi and his business partner, Pierre Lagrange, on the purchase of bespoke Saville Row tailor Huntsman.
Huntsman, a 163-year-old business which has created costumes for Downton Abbey and dressed the likes of Humphrey Bogart and Sir Winston Churchill, was sold by private investors who have owned the brand since 2005. L’Roubi and Lagrange will become co-owners, with L’Roubi also taking on the role of new Creative Director.
Jeremy Cohen and Joseph Altendorff acted for Lagrange and L’Roubi.
