Speechly Bircham has advised the Paperhat Group, a leading print management, creative services and cross-media marketing group, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Grebot Donnelly Associates.

Grebot Donnelly Associates is a leading communications specialist for the education sector. From strategic thinking to full delivery - the company has significant experience in providing marketing and PR services for local authorities, trust, sponsors, academies and schools across England.

Paperhat Group has expanded its services to include cross-media marketing consultancy; ROMI auditing through-the-line creative services; creative production services and print-production spend management in addition to Grebot Donnelly Associates, Paperhat Group recently acquired FTP Digital and Reputation by Design Consorcio Group, now Paperhat Consorcio; a specialist cross-media marketing subsidiary.
