Squire Patton Boggs in Leeds has advised Cairngorm Capital on its strategic partnership and investment in the building products ecommerce business Building Supplies Online Limited (BSO).
Cairngorm Capital is a specialist private investment firm providing equity capital and management expertise to leading mid-market growth companies in the UK, across the manufacturing, distribution and services industries.
Founded in 2010 and based in Banbury, BSO is an online builders’ merchant, offering competitively priced building supplies and tools to trade and retail customers. With more than 50,000 items on its website, BSO offers one of the largest ranges of building products available online in the UK.
Cairngorm Capital’s involvement will provide specialist sector expertise, together with the financial support to facilitate BSO’s ambitions for growth.
