Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised new client GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited (the "Company") on its 2016 placing programme of up to 175 million new ordinary shares.

The Company was launched in 2010 and is the only UK-listed infrastructure fund focussed primarily on investment in UK infrastructure debt. The Company is a certified fund in Jersey and its shares are listed on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The Company’s investment adviser is Gravis Capital Partners LLP.
