Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised UK residential healthcare investor Salutem Healthcare Limited on its acquisition of Clearwater Care, a specialist care services business.

Salutem Healthcare acquired Clearwater Care from private equity firm Synova Capital. The deal marks the latest development in the company's expansion, following its acquisition of Pathways Care Group and Modus Care Limited in May this year, on which Stephenson Harwood also advised.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by corporate partner Karima Hudson, who was assisted by a team including senior associates David Dowding, Daniel Margolis and Jonathan Bridcut, and associates Kristy Leith, Ronnie Chiu and Imogen Heywood.
