Stibbe advises Aedifica, a Belgian listed company investing in health care real estate, on reaching agreement to acquire two new senior housing sites in Lochem and Rotterdam.

This is the third investment of Aedifica in The Netherlands. The Dutch portfolio will now soon comprise of seven high quality care residences that are either operational or under construction.
