Stibbe advises Air Liquide on the acquisition of the Dutch company Cryotainer active in industrial nitrogen services.

Cryotainer provides equipment and support services for temporary nitrogen supply. The acquisition will contribute to the growth of Air Liquide to a leading position in gas-related services in Europe.
