Baker McKenzie Geneva and Luxembourg successfully advised the Sun Create Richly Group, based in Hong Kong, in the completion of their share deal acquisition of a commercial centre in the lake Geneva region of Switzerland.

The project team provided comprehensive and complex legal advice in a number of areas, including due diligence, negotiations, cross-border corporate and tax structuring, banking & finance advice on acquisition finance, as well as real estate expertise.
