Taylor Wessing advises Canada Life on Holiday Inn sale

Taylor Wessing, the international law firm, has advised Canada Life Limited on the sale of the Holiday Inn in Birmingham, Walsall M6, Jct.10 to CL Capital - an Asian based investment fund.

The Holiday Inn hotel has 156 bedrooms and is strategically located with excellent transportation links nationally. The hotel has undergone extensive investment across the bedrooms and public areas and benefits from health and leisure facilities including a swimming pool as well as extensive conference and meeting facilities. The hotel regularly serves a number of local, regional and national clients and is popular for meetings and event functions.

Kew Green Hotels will continue to manage the hotel.
