Taylor Wessing advises Index Ventures and Ribbit Capital on Series B  financing for SavingGlobal

A team from Taylor Wessing has advised Index Ventures and Palo Alto-based Ribbit Capital in a recently closed 20 million Euro Series B financing for SavingGlobal, a German startup that enables savers to access the best deposit rates across Europe. The financing was led by Index Ventures and Ribbit Capital, with participation from Yuri Milner and Tom Stafford, bringing the total amount raised to 30 million Euros.

In less than two years, SavingGlobal has brokered over 500 million Euros in deposits from more than 25,000 customers in Germany. The firm says the new funding will be used to drive expansion across Europe.
