Taylor Wessing advises Redefine|BDL Hotels on its 26 strong hotel portfolio

Taylor Wessing has advised Redefine|BDL Hotels (RBH) – the UK’s leading hotel management company – on its appointment to manage the 26 four-star luxury QHotels on behalf of real estate investment company Aprirose, following its recent £525 million acquisition of the portfolio.

As a result of the partnership RBH will now manage more than 75 hotels, bringing together more than 11,000 rooms across the United Kingdom. The RBH expert team of over 140 hotel specialists provide its clients with a full hotel management support platform and works in partnership with 5 of the most prestigious international brands including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, IHG, Accor, Wyndham Worldwide and Marriott International.
