Our lawyers have assisted Eidsiva Energi and Gudbrandsdal Energi in connection with the sale of 60% of the shares in the wind power project Austri Raskiftet by Osensjøen in Hedmark county.

The wind farm is being constructed by the Swedish company OX2.

The team assisting Eidsiva Energi and Gudbrandsdal Energi has been headed by Bendik Christoffersen and Thomas Borch-Nielsen. Thommessen has also acted in connection with the structuring of the project company and all key project documents, such as the EPC contract with OX2, turbine agreements, BoP, landowner agreements, etc.

The plant is scheduled for completion in 2018. The farm will have 31 turbines with a total installed capacity of 110 MW.
