TLT has advised on the sale of ICS Robotics and Automation, one of the UK's leading robotic and welding automation specialists, to global robotic automation company AWL Group.

TLT has extensive experience of working with the UK's fast-growing automation industry and advising businesses on how to achieve their growth ambitions. The firm delivered an end-to-end service from due diligence and negotiation through to tax, property and completion.
