Trowers & Hamlins is pleased to have advised Triangle Investments and Developments Limited on the financing of the acquisition of retail, office, leisure and residential accommodation on New Oxford Street, London.
The firm's Banking and Finance team was instructed by new client Triangle Investments and Developments Limited to act on the £11.4 million financing of the New Oxford Street Estate from debt fund manager Aeriance Investments S.a.r.L.
The New Oxford Street Estate comprises seven adjoining buildings on New Oxford Street, West Central Street and Museum Street which are to be demolished and redeveloped behind retained facades. The gross development value of the property is projected to be £42,815,000.
The Trowers & Hamlins team, led by Banking and Finance partner Sarah Gooden with support from partner Katharine Lewis and associate Claire Ezekwe with paralegal Isabella Deterding assisting, negotiated the financing with the alternative lender and successfully completed within a time-critical deadline.
