Trowers & Hamlins has advised new client AVenture AT GmbH on the acquisition of Imagination Technologies' Pure DAB digital radio business in a deal that includes an option to acquire one of Imagination's properties in Hertfordshire.
Austrian investment company AVenture has acquired the business and assets of Pure, the British radio manufacturer, from Imagination Technologies, the British technology R&D company which designs microchips for products including iPhones.
The deal allows AVenture to exercise an option to acquire Imagination's property at Concept House in Kings Langley, the current headquarters of the Pure business.
