Cravath represented the underwriter, Citigroup, in connection with the US$776 million secondary offering of common stock of TRW Automotive Holdings Corp., one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers. The 10,900,000 shares sold in the offering were held by Automotive Investors L.L.C., an affiliate of the Blackstone Group L.P., and certain members of TRW management. The transaction closed on August 9, 2013.
