Vinge has advised Asept International, which is a subsidiary of Lagercrantz Group, in conjunction with the acquisition of the Dutch company, Apparatenfabriek Bereila. The company manufactures dispensers for liquid foodstuffs and has its operations in Bedum, which is located outside Groningen.
