Vinge is advising Swedbank AB (publ), financial advisor in connection with the offering of preference shares in A Group Of Retail Assets Sweden AB (publ) to the public in Sweden and to Swedish and international institutional investors. The preference shares are expected to be listed on Nasdaq First North on 7 July 2015.
