Vinge has advised Fosun Pharma in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in Breas Medical Holdings AB from the PBM Capital group. The Breas group provides respiratory medical device products to markets in more than 40 countries. Fosun Pharma was established in China in 1994 and its operations cover several segments of the healthcare industry chain ranging from pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, medical diagnosis and medical devices to medical distribution and retail as well as healthcare services.
