ACTIV FITNESS AG, part of Migros Zurich, acquired Silhouette Wellness SA. Silhouette runs 20 fitness studios in Geneva, Vaud and Zurich, and two premium studios under the brand “Pure” in Geneva. After the acquisition, ACTIV FITNESS has now 63 fitness studios in 3 language regions and is with more than 100,000 members a leading provider the Swiss fitness market. It has been agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
