We assisted Storebrand in the purchase of the shares in Fornebu Hotell AS, which owns the property where Scandic Fornebu Hotel is the largest tenant.

The shares were purchased from Koksa Eiendom AS and Utstillingsplassen Eiendom AS and were based on an underlying property value of MNOK 660.
