The Liverpool Corporate team of top 45 Law Firm, Weightmans, has advised Huws Gray Limited on their latest acquisition of the entire issued shared capital of Shropshire Building Supplies Limited.

Shropshire Building Supplies is a major 5 site business and represents a further significant step towards expanding their regional presence in the Midlands for the Anglesey based company.
