WFW advise WalletSaver S.r.l. on the launch of a smartphone app of the same name in the Brazilian market

23 Oct 2015

Watson Farley Williams (“WFW“) has advised the Italian start-up WalletSaver S.r.l. (“WalletSaver”) on the negotiation of an “Application Development Agreement” with the Brazilian consumer association “PROTESTE - Associacao Brasileira de Defesa do Consumidor” (“Proteste”), an independent consumer advocacy association which operates within the international framework of the non-profit organization Euroconsumers. Proteste is now the largest such group in Latin America, with close to 300,000 members.

The agreement establishes a partnership between WalletSaver and PROTESTE for the launch of the smartphone app in the Brazilian market.

The WFW team was led by Milan-based partner Francesco Dialti, with the support of the trainee Federico Tropeano.

The launch of the smartphone app in Brazil is part of the ambitious international expansion project planned by WalletSaver, the young Italian start-up, which follows its Italian market launch in April 2015.
