Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW“) advised Genera Group (“Genera”), one of Italy’s leading energy efficiency holding companies, on its agreement with Pandora Green S.p.A., an Italian company specialising in providing integrated energy efficiency and cost reduction solutions worldwide.

The agreement involves Genera providing both financing to Pandora Green and taking an equity stake in its share capital. Its aim is to promote mutual collaboration between the two companies in maximising their energy efficiency both in Italy and abroad, thereby offering benefits in terms of cost reduction for their institutional, industrial and residential clients.

Genera is part owned by IKaV, a Luxembourg investment fund specialising in the renewable energy sector.
