Watson, Farley & Williams (“WFW”), a leading international law firm, is advising Jiangsu Zongyi Co. Ltd, creditor, on the insolvency proceedings of Ecoware SpA, a Padua-based company (Northern Italy), specialising in the construction PV plants and fully owned and controlled by Aion Renewables (former Kerself).
