White & Case LLP has advised Allianz Renewable Energy Fund (AREF) on its acquisition of an onshore wind farm portfolio from DIF Renewable Energy Fund.
The nine onshore wind farms have a total capacity of approximately 57 megawatts and are located in Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony, Hesse, Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
The completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and antitrust clearance.
