White & Case LLP has advised EREN Renewable Energy on its second capital increase of approximatively €100 million, subscribed by the consortium of investors led by Bpifrance and comprising Next World, Tikehau Capital and FFP that first invested in the company in 2015.
Founded in 2012 by Pâris Mouratoglou and David Corchia, and based in Paris, EREN has a renowned expertise and unique know-how in the renewable energy sector. Along with local and exclusive partners, the company positions itself in emerging markets characterized by increasing energy demand, high growth potential and high-quality wind or solar resources.
The proceeds of the transaction, which follows a previous €100 million tranche issued in 2015 which was subscribed by the same investors and on which White & Case also advised, will support the implementation of EREN's growth strategy.
