White & Case LLP has advised E.s.tr.a. S.p.A. Energia Servizi Territorio Ambiente, the Italian multi-utility company active in the energy sector, on the English and Italian law aspects of its euro private placement of €100 million, 3.75 percent notes due 2022.

The notes, which are guaranteed by E.s.tr.a subsidiary Centria S.r.l., were sold through a private placement to European qualified investors and will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.
