Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Berenberg and Jefferies, as joint bookrunners, on Eurofins's €300 million capital increase by way of accelerated private placement.
The proceeds of the capital increase will strengthen Eurofins' capital structure in the context of the acceleration of its M&A programme.
Listed on Euronext Paris, Eurofins is a global leader in bioanalytical testing for clients from a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical, food and environmental. Eurofins, which has more than 30,000 staff in 400 laboratories across 41 countries, generated revenue of €2.54 billion during the financial year 2016.
The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Thomas Le Vert and included partner Colin Chang, with support from counsel Max Turner and associate Tatiana Uskova.
