Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Berenberg and Jefferies as joint bookrunners on Eurofins's €300 million capital increase, by way of accelerated private placement.

The proceeds of the capital increase will be used to finance the external growth of the Group. Listed on Euronext Paris, Eurofins is a global leader in bio-analytical testing to clients from a wide range of industries including the pharmaceutical, food and environmental sectors. With 25,000 staff in more than 250 laboratories across 39 countries, Eurofins generated revenue of € 1.95 billion during 2015.
