White & Case LLP has advised the F.A. Neuman Group on the sale of its subsidiary Julius Montz GmbH to Pfaudler Group, a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. This transaction is subject to antitrust clearance.
Specializing in distillation technology, Julius Montz GmbH develops, designs and manufactures plant components for the chemical industry. Julius Montz GmbH caters for the construction of entire production facilities for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, with an emphasis on facilities for the production of bioethanol from grains and the distillation of potable alcohol. The company employs approximately 110 staff in Germany.
